What is a HUD-Home?

A HUD-Home is a property in the Housing of Urban Development's possession as a result of defaults on FHA (HUD) Insured mortgages.

Where can I look at available HUD Homes For Sale?

Available HUD-Homes are updated every Saturday at the following website:  http://hud1.towerauction.net/OH.htm     If you see a listing that interests you, it is imperative that you quickly let us know because there are strict timeline rules for all HUD-Homes. 

Do I get to walk-through the HUD listings to see the condition of the property?

Yes. The Peters Team has access to all HUD Listings and upon scheduling a showing with us, we can get you into the houses as soon as possible.  Please note that all properties are sold AS-IS and will not be repaired in any way.

How do I bid on a HUD-Home?

To bid on a HUD home you must fill out the HUD Purchase Packet with an Authorized HUD Agent.  The Peters Team is an authorized HUD agent and has the HUD packet that is required to bid on the properties.

What type of Incentives are there for purchasing a HUD Home?
